Info Post
It's always sort of funny when they predict 6 or 8 inches of snowfall overnight in a southern city, and everybody freaks out and does the whole run to the store thing and cancels their weekend plans and basically panics and prepares to hunker down for days in their homes... then I wake up the next day and there's not 1 single flake. Somehow people still don't make it to work and schools close and all that basically for what amounts to wet roads. People up north gotta laugh at us a lot.

A couple of pretty cool looking movies and 1 that I have no interest in open today. I need to get out to the theaters I guess over the weekend, if I can brave all this snow!

10,000 B.C.

The Plot: A young mammoth hunter journeys through uncharted territory to secure the future of his tribe.
My Thoughts: I think this looks sort of cool. Loads of big special effects obviously and probably not much plot. No problem for me, as long as The Flintstones don't show up.

The Bank Job

The Plot: Based on one of the biggest crimes in British history, a group of unseasoned criminals are lured into a heist, thinking they are going to rip off the safety deposit boxes of some of London's wealthiest citizens. Instead, they are unknowing recruits on a top-secret mission to steal photos of a Royal princess who was snapped in some compromising situations.
My Thoughts: I only need to know 1 thing... Jason Statham is in it. Why? Because if Jason is in it, people are getting their asses kicked, that's why. It sounds pretty smart also and looks good from the trailer, plus it's rated R so it shouldn't be too toned down. I'm there.

College Road Trip

The Plot: When an overachieving high school student (Raven) decides to travel around the country to choose the perfect college, her overprotective cop father (Martin Lawrence) decides to accompany her in order to keep her on the straight and narrow.
My Thoughts: Didn't Ice Cube already make this movie? 3 times?
